I’ve been in the field of Human Resources for over 20 years and have had the great honor of working for amazing organizations and leaders that taught me a tremendous amount about business, best practices and most importantly, the people that make up organizations. I discovered early on that my talent was supporting and identifying “the best talent”.
My HR experience ranges from supporting large international corporations to small NH based businesses, not for profit education, and organizations that experienced tremendous growth. After seven successful years of supporting organizational growth and talent acquisition for Southern New Hampshire University, I’m excited about applying my experience and talent supporting Human Resources ROI’s local organizations in NH, southern ME, and northern MA.
I’ve maintained my Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification since 2006 and I hold a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Plymouth State University. I am also working on my Master’s in Human Resources Management. My professional membership includes the Seacoast Human Resources Association (SHRA) and the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
My community involvement has been focused on working with high school and college students with resume preparation, career planning, and interviewing skills, as well as with the Stratham NHSPCA and a local horse rescue organization. I’m also an avid New England sports fan and can be very competitive on the golf course!
